Nothing tastes as delicious as local produce that has been freshly picked that day. This is especially true when it comes to sweet corn.
When a sweet corn patch is ready for harvest, it will only stay sugary sweet on the stalk for 5 to 7 days. In addition, once ears are picked from the stalk, the sugar content will only stay at it's peak for hours before it starts to transition to starch.
This is why we plant a new patch of sweet corn every 5 to 7 days from April through July and pick it fresh every morning so that our customers have the freshest possible corn available from July through September!
We take extra pride in our sweet corn production and our customers eagerly await that sweet taste of summer to come each year! Come try some this season and see for yourself why our customers keep coming back for more! You have tried the rest, now you owe it to yourself to try the best! Our sweet corn and pumpkins can be found for purchase in various local supermarkets and chain stores throughout the area in addition to our retail outlets.
In addition to sweet corn and pumpkins, we also grow a wide variety of other fruits and vegetables listed here. We try to grow most of what we sell so what's listed will be available in season. However, mother nature has the final say so sometimes certain crops will not be available for sale. Any crops we aren't currently growing we try to source from other local farms to have them available at our roadstand market.
